In March of 1986, appellants, L & H Roofing, Inc., trading as L & H Enterprises, Inc. (L & H), applied for credit with appellee, Allied Building Products Corporation (Allied). The arrangement called for credit to be extended by Allied for the purchase of building materials on an open account.
