Robert Hoffman was injured while riding as a passenger in a truck driven by Harold Riley. Riley was driving on a street within the Tenneco Oil Refinery when his truck was hit by a bob cat front end loader driven by Ronnie Sibley and leased to Specialized Industrial Maintenance Company, Inc.
