BOWEN, Judge.
Michael Timothy McArthur, the appellant, was convicted of first degree rape and was sentenced to 15 years' imprisonment. He was also convicted of unlawful imprisonment in the second degree and was sentenced to three months' imprisonment. The victim of each offense was his wife.
