This is an appeal of an interpleader action brought to settle a dispute between two parties over the proceeds of a life insurance policy. We consolidated the four issues raised into two issues:

(1) Whether a provisional agreement and order in a dissolution action survives the death of one of the parties; and (2) Whether there was an equitable transfer of interest in the life insurance policy?

We reverse.
