Before this Court is the appeal of William Helm (Claimant) from the July 31, 1990 order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed the decision of the referee denying Claimant workmen's compensation benefits under Section 301(c) of The Pennsylvania Workmen's Compensation Act1 (Act).
