We granted allocatur in the present case to determine, as a question of first impression, the specific requirements governing the use of information intercepted under the provisions of the Wiretap Act, 18 Pa.C.S. § 5701 et seq., when the crime alleged is different from the targeted criminal activity that formed the basis for the original intercept order.
