Relator-appellee, Alvin Freeman, brought suit pursuant to R.C. 3719.10, to have the home of defendant-appellant, Mary Lee Pierce, declared a nuisance due to alleged drug activity that occurred on the premises. The trial court found that the house was a nuisance, and abated it pursuant to R.C. 3767.06 by closing it "against its use for any purpose" for one year.
