The State of Arizona (real party in interest) petitioned for review of the court of appeals' decision granting Kimberlee Espinoza (petitioner) special action relief from an assessment of attorney's fees. We have jurisdiction pursuant to Ariz. Const. art. 6, § 5(3), and Ariz.R.Civ.App.P. 23, 17B A.R.S. We vacate the court of appeals' opinion and affirm the superior court's decision denying petitioner's motion for reimbursement...
