This is an appeal nunc pro tunc from the judgment of sentence imposed upon appellant, Clayton Hayes, on April 6, 1988. Following a non-jury trial before the Honorable Legrome D. Davis, appellant was convicted of robbery and conspiracy. Post-trial motions were denied.
