Now before the Court is an adversary proceeding in which Kenneth O. Anderson ("Anderson"), pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(3), has objected to the discharge of the debtor, John C. Wiess ("Wiess"), in this Chapter 7 bankruptcy case. Anderson has also alleged that the debt owed to him by Wiess is non-dischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(2) and (4). A trial was held March 5 and 6, 1991...
