Newton Young appeals his convictions of child molestation, statutory rape, incest, and enticing a child for indecent purposes. He was sentenced to 15 years imprisonment on each count. Young asserts that the trial court erred by sentencing him separately for incest and statutory rape because he contends the two offenses merged for sentencing, that the trial court erred by admitting evidence of the victim's statement in violation of the child...
