The issues on this appeal arise out of the plaintiffs', Laddie and Linda Nachazel (Nachazels), attempt to collect a judgment of $48,462 plus interest awarded against Mira Co., Manufacturing (Mira). See Nachazel v. Miraco Mfg., 432 N.W.2d 158 (Iowa 1988). After plaintiffs' execution against Mira was returned unsatisfied, plaintiffs commenced this action against several defendants in an attempt to satisfy...
