These are appeals as of right from two cases that were conducted simultaneously before the same judge. The appeals were consolidated. In Docket No. 111538, plaintiff filed a complaint in the Court of Claims, alleging breach of an employment contract. This claim was heard by a Wayne Circuit Court judge sitting as the Court of Claims.
