In a bench trial in the county court for Lancaster County, Willie Lomack, Jr., was convicted of driving an automobile at 32 miles per hour in a 25-mile-per-hour zone, in violation of Neb.Rev.Stat. § 39-662(2)(a) (Reissue 1988) (25 miles per hour in a residential district), and was sentenced to pay a fine of $15 and costs.
