Plaintiffs Laguna Auto Body and Lonnie Reagan (appellants) appeal from the dismissal of their complaint against defendant Farmers Insurance Exchange (respondent).1 The trial court found appellants' actions preceding the dismissal order were an abuse of the discovery process.
