Theodore A. Brown (Claimant) seeks review of the order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed a referee's decision granting the review petition of the Borough of New Eagle (Employer) filed under Section 413 of The Pennsylvania Workmen's Compensation Act (Act).1 The Board's order is reversed in part and affirmed in part.
