The plaintiff, a real estate broker, appeals from the decision of the trial court granting the defendants'1 motion for summary judgment. The dispositive issue on appeal is whether the two listing agreements signed by the parties, if considered together, fulfill the requirements of General Statutes § 20-325a (b).
