William Thomas Zeigler Jr. appeals his sentence of death for the first-degree murders of his wife, Eunice Zeigler, and a Charles Mays. The State of Florida cross-appeals the trial judge's failure to find an aggravating circumstance. In Zeigler v. State, 402 So.2d 365 (Fla. 1981), cert. denied, 455 U.S. 1035, 102 S.Ct. 1739, 72 L.Ed.2d 153 (1982), we affirmed Zeigler's convictions for the first-degree murders...
