Petitioner Roberta Korzep seeks special action review of the trial court's denial of her motion to dismiss or to remand to the grand jury. We accept jurisdiction because of the importance of the statutory issue presented. Because of an error in recounting the procedural history of the case in our earlier opinion, we vacate that opinion and substitute this corrected version for that.
