This appeal arises from a petition for worker's compensation benefits filed on behalf of plaintiff/appellant, Karen Jordan, against defendant/appellee, Schwegmann's Giant Super Markets, Inc. Jordan seeks compensation pursuant to La.R.S. 23:1221(4)(p) and alleges a serious and permanently disfiguring scar of the forehead as the result of a work-related accident. She also seeks penalties and attorney fees on the basis an MRI examination was not authorized...
