Otis Hall, Jr., appeals from the denial of his petition seeking post-conviction relief pursuant to Rule 20, A.R.Crim.P.Temp. This petition was denied in the circuit court, based upon a motion filed by the district attorney and without conducting an evidentiary hearing.
