The plaintiffs, Thomas and Irma Buccino, appeal from the judgment of the trial court in an action in which they claimed a breach of two commercial leases. The plaintiffs sought damages and attorney's fees pursuant to the lease agreements. The defendants, Cable Technology, Inc.
