Appellant appeals a Wood County Court of Common Pleas jury award of $22,095.50 granted to appellee for injuries received in an auto accident. Appellant failed to object to appellee's medical expert's videotaped trial deposition during its taking. Appellant asserts that the trial court erred when it found appellant waived his objections by failing to timely make them.
