In this bankruptcy appeal, appellant, Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company ("Hartford"), challenges the United States Bankruptcy Court's order extinguishing a judgment lien Hartford recorded on certain residential real property owned by appellees, Benjamin and Pamela Vanden Bossche (the "Vanden Bossches").
