This matter concerns a motion made by the Debtor to vacate the order of this Court dated December 27, 1990 transferring venue of this case to the District of New Jersey pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1408, 1412 and Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure1 1014(a). After several hearings and for the reasons stated below, the motion is denied.
