Appellant, Sean Lamont Wright, was charged with first degree murder, second degree murder, use of a handgun in the commission of a crime of violence and related offenses. He was convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. The court sentenced appellant to 30 years of imprisonment for the second degree murder conviction and to a concurrent sentence of 10 years of imprisonment for use of a handgun in the commission of a crime of violence...
