Trans World, a corporation which provides janitorial services to commercial buildings in the New York metropolitan area, obtained liability insurance coverage from plaintiff Mount Vernon Fire Insurance Company (Mount Vernon) through third-party defendant Accident Prevention Brokerage Corp.
