Daniels, III, has taken this appeal from the judgment of sentence to a term of imprisonment of from five years to ten years imposed after he was found guilty, following a non-jury trial, of violation of the Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act, 35 P.S. §§ 780-102 et seq., specifically, possession of cocaine with the intent to deliver.
