This matrimonial action was commenced on October 25, 1989, and both parties, in their respective pleadings, have requested a decree of divorce, together with other ancillary relief. The parties were married on September 26, 1964, in Rochester, New York, and there were two children born of the marriage, both of whom reside in the former marital residence with the plaintiff.
