In this action by Richard and Paulette Graham against Nippon Yusoki, Inc., Ltd. (Nippon) to recover damages for injuries sustained in an accident involving a forklift manufactured by Nippon, the trial court held that it lacked in personam jurisdiction over Nippon, a Japanese corporation. More specifically, the trial court held that plaintiffs had failed to show that Nippon had sufficient contact with Pennsylvania to permit the courts of Pennsylvania...
