On April 26, 1989, at approximately 4:00 P.M., in front of 1400 Jessup Place, a residential building in the Bronx that had been targeted by the police for drug dealing, defendant sold heroin, packaged in two glassine envelopes marked "PASSION", to undercover Police Officer Alfred, in exchange for $20 in pre-recorded buy money.
