Pursuant to a Crosby* plea, defendant pled guilty as charged to three counts of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. In addition to defendant's agreed forfeiture of cash, jewelry, and an automobile, the plea bargain contained a sentence recommended by the state, agreed to by the defendant, of three concurrent ten-year hard labor sentences and a fine of $3000...
