Defendant, Anthony Creagh, was charged by information with unlawful possession of a controlled substance. (Ill.Rev. Stat.1987, ch. 56½, par. 1402(b).) He filed a motion to suppress the physical evidence against him alleging that it had been obtained in violation of his constitutional rights. After an evidentiary hearing, the motion was denied.
