This matter comes to be heard on the amended motion of the Debtors for a hardship discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1328(b) and on the motion of Craig Phelps, as Chapter 13 standing trustee (the "Trustee"), to dismiss the case pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1307(c)(6).
