RASBIN v. STATE

No. 90-02599.

588 So.2d 76 (1991)

Harold Edwin RASBIN, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District.

November 6, 1991.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

James Marion Moorman, Public Defender, and Tonja R. Vickers, Asst. Public Defender, Bartow, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, and Donna A. Provonsha, Asst. Atty. Gen., Tampa, for appellee.

SCHEB, Judge.

The judgment reflects Defendant, Harold Edwin Rasbin, pled guilty to possession of cocaine, a violation of section 893.13, Florida Statutes (1987). The record reveals otherwise. Accordingly, we direct the trial court to correct the judgment to indicate the jury found him guilty of that offense. Otherwise, we affirm the defendant's conviction and sentence.
