Plaintiff Computer Prepared Accounts, Inc. (CPA) appeals from an order denying its application for a preliminary injunction and awarding attorney's fees and sanctions against it. We affirm, and also award $10,000 in sanctions to Jerome Marks, a professional corporation, for which CPA and James L. Dawson are jointly and severally liable.
