Following a trial by jury, appellant Robert Smith was convicted of three counts of corruption of a minor, one count of indecent exposure, two counts of indecent assault, and one count of open lewdness. Appellant's timely post-trial motions were denied, and appellant was sentenced to a total term of imprisonment of three years minimum to six years maximum.
