OPINION OF THE COURT

CAPPY, Justice.

This is an automatic direct appeal1 from a sentence of death imposed upon appellant, William B. Tilley by the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia, following his conviction of murder in the first degree. We affirm the judgment of sentence of death.
