While spraying ortho insecticide manufactured by the defendant Chevron Chemical Company, Inc., with a "Jungle Fogger" unit manufactured by the defendant Burgess Vibrocrafters (hereinafter Burgess), the decedent was engulfed in a white cloud of insecticide.
