This civil action arose out of a motor vehicle accident. Appellee Kenneth Buck and his wife, Kimberly, filed a complaint in which they alleged that appellant Cam's Broadloom Rugs, Inc. was liable under the doctrine of respondeat superior for personal injuries and loss of consortium due to the negligence of Warren Ray, Jr., a driver for appellant.
