Defendant-appellant Clayton Vesey was convicted following a jury trial of possession of heroin with the intent to deliver. He was sentenced as an habitual offender. He appeals contending (1) his trial counsel was ineffective in failing to object to opinion testimony, (2) the trial court failed to assure he understood the consequences of his stipulation agreeing he had two prior convictions and his attorney was ineffective in advising him on the effect...
