CARR, J.

After a jury convicted defendant of writing checks with insufficient funds (Pen. Code, § 476a, subd. (a)), the trial court suspended imposition of sentence and granted her probation. Among the terms of defendant's probation were a reporting requirement, payment of restitution and a prohibition against defendant maintaining a checking account.
