Defendant was charged with attempted murder in the second degree and related crimes arising out of his alleged firing of several shots at James Milton on July 1, 1987. Arrested on September 2, 1987, defendant was arraigned in the Criminal Court on September 4, 1987 and bail, which he was able to make, set.
