GIBSON, Justice.

The State of Vermont appeals, pursuant to 23 V.S.A. § 1205(i), from a district court decision dismissing the State's civil-license-suspension proceeding against Thomas A. Camolli. We reverse.

The relevant facts are as follows. On January 21, 1990, defendant was stopped by a state trooper and processed for driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. A breath sample was collected by means of a gas chromatography...
