Appellant Norman Wartnick appeals the grant of summary judgment for respondents Phillip Gainsley and Moss & Barnett on five legal malpractice claims. The malpractice claims arose out of Gainsley's representation of Wartnick in two actions — a wrongful death suit and an unjust enrichment suit — brought by Betty Nachtsheim, the widow of Robert Nachtsheim.
