This is an action in which the trustee obtained a judgment against John Carter Daniels resulting from a preferential transfer made to Daniels by Southern Industrial Banking Corporation (SIBC) within ninety days of SIBC's bankruptcy filing. While the case was on appeal to the district court, John Carter Daniels died and the defendant, John E. Coker, the administrator of Daniels' estate, was substituted as party defendant...
