King Solomon Green, Sr., the appellant, was convicted of two counts of selling cocaine in violation of Ala.Code 1975, § 13A-12-211. He was sentenced to five years' imprisonment on each conviction, with the sentences to run consecutively. Green raises two issues in this appeal from his convictions.
