LEWIS, J.:

This was an action filed by Roger E. Slayden, plaintiff, to recover damages sustained in an automobile accident. The plaintiff was injured when the car in which he was a passenger was struck by a car driven by Jennifer S. Sixta, defendant. The trial court held that plaintiff's action was time barred and dismissed his petition. Plaintiff appeals that ruling. Finding no reversible error, we affirm.
