WALSH, Justice:

In this case, we are asked to determine whether the Superior Court properly admitted evidence obtained from the stop, search, and seizure of appellant, Alma Jarvis ("Jarvis"). We hold that reasonable suspicion existed for the initial stop and that, during the stop, this suspicion blossomed into full probable cause to arrest. We therefore affirm the Superior Court's refusal to suppress evidence of illegal drugs...
