This contract dispute between Tri-State Asphalt Products, Inc., and Dravo Corporation resulted in the Circuit Court of Wood County's granting two summary judgments, one in favor of Tri-State on its complaint ($34,091.86) and the other, in favor of Dravo on its counterclaim ($61,166.35).
